MAC Furnished Residences (MAC Suites) has been supporting the Children’s Aid Foundation (CAF) for years. This year was no different. Throughout the year, MAC has assisted youth in their transition out of care. In May 2013 youth selected gently used furniture from the MAC Suites storage location, and moved into their new homes. This could not have been possible without the assistance of Penske, who loaned the truck, and Armstrong International Movers, who provided the driver. A special thank you to Claudio Venditti of Penske, and Derek Duffy of Armstrong Moving.
The CAF is an independent charity that helps Canada’s children/youth reinvent their lives by giving them the support and skills they need. Through prevention, education, and enrichment, CAF works hard to help youth overcome barriers… something MAC strongly supports.
