David Morton, CEO, is a successful hospitality professional, with over 20 years of management & sales experience in some of the world’s largest and most luxurious hotel chains – Four Seasons and Westin hotels.
Mr. Morton then entered into the furnished suite business in 1994 and with his hospitality experience was instrumental in repositioning one of the junior accommodation suppliers into a top supplier over a five year period. With this added expertise and hospitality experience Mr. Morton formed MAC Furnished Residences in 1999, a privately held company which owns and operates fully furnished private condominium residences throughout the greater Toronto area. In 2007 MAC Caribbean Villas was created, which features over 290 luxury villa rentals on the islands of St Martin, St Barts & Anguilla. The MAC Group is a family owned and operated business with extensive real estate and hospitality roots and offers comprehensive customer service, combined with superior product and locations.
David is a great champion of children’s welfare, and has quietly and modestly donated his time and resources to The Children’s Aid Foundation of Canada for close to 20 years.

Hélène Leduc, Sales Representative and Accredited Seniors Agent, BA Translation, MA Translation & Public Affairs. Maggie Zohil-Morton, Destination & Guest Service Consultant, has been part of The MAC Group family since 2014. Maggie also assists in the area of Sales, Operations and with her creative flair brings a wealth of knowledge to our marketing team. As someone who loves all things Toronto, Maggie can provide our guests with a local perspective and assist them relocate seamlessly. Maggie is also one of our Caribbean experts, and can assist in selecting the perfect villa for our guests in St. Martin, Anguilla & St. Bart’s. Maggie holds a BA in Health Studies from Queen’s University and is currently in pursuit of her Master’s Degree at Dalhousie University. A true philanthropist, Maggie gives of her time to many causes, FLY (For The Love of Youth), Children’s Aid Foundation and also has a great emphasis on Jack.org.

Cristina Zohil-Morton, Destination & Guest Service Consultant, has been a welcoming part of The MAC Group since 2016. Cristina assists with all aspects of the Relocation and Real Estate process and ensures that all transferees are familiar with their new surrounding areas. Cristina is also a Caribbean expert, and has grown up on the islands giving her excellent knowledge and insight to all of MAC’s vacation villa rental properties, in particular St. Martin, Anguilla & St. Bart’s. Cristina holds a Bachelor of Laws – LLB, Law with Criminology from the University of Birmingham and is in pursuit of her Master of Laws at the University of Law in London, England. Since adolescence, Cristina has been a passionate and tireless advocate for human rights. Philanthropy is second nature with an emphasis on equity for all.
Cristina is trilingual in English, French and Spanish.
Judy Stinson, Destination Consultant, entered the workforce as a Broadcast Journalist with CBC TV News, having spent time as a researcher, producer and local Toronto news reporter. Judy is fluently bilingual, speaking French and English, having earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto, including studies abroad at the Université d’Aix-Marseille. She recently graduated with high honours from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition where she earned her Certified Nutritional Practitioner accreditation. Given her passion for holistic personal health, wellness and fitness, her personal journey has also led to a keen interest in Yoga and Meditation.
Judy is a very active member of her local church in downtown Toronto where she has been volunteering for over 20 years. She is also very much involved in her children’s schools and social communities in the area, and is very connected to the local arts, entertainment and culinary scenes in Toronto. Judy is a natural connector who knows all the details a newcomer to Toronto needs to know, ranging from the finest neighbourhoods to live in, to private and public schools, to the hottest and latest restaurants – she knows it all!
