MAC Gives Back

The owners of The MAC Group are known in the community for their love of family, devotion to children’s welfare, and personal and professional integrity. Their devotion to improving the lives of Toronto’s children-in-care is perhaps what makes them most proud. #MACgivesback

We take great pride in the work we do with the following charities:

thumb The staff of The MAC Group began supporting this wonderful organization in 2018. New Beginnings is a charitable agency that helps restructure the lives of low-income and under-served women by providing support mechanisms so that these women and their children can successfully transition into self-sufficiency. They believe that having a job is not enough… they help create long term success and lasting change.

thumbFor nearly a decade, The MAC Group has supported The Children’s Aid Foundation of Canada with financial donations for scholarships, gifts of household furniture, and their support of the annual gala, The Teddy Bear Affair. CAF of Canada is dedicated to improving the lives of children and youth growing up in the child welfare system.

FLY Doriana is also a founding member of For the Love of Youth (FLY), an initiative started by the Canadian members of the Corporate Housing Providers Association (CHPA), and that works in support of the Children’s Aid Foundation. FLY provides home furnishings to youth who are transitioning out of the care of child welfare or protective services and gives them the opportunity to begin their new independent lives with essential household necessities.  FLY furnishes HOPE.

Women Mobilizing Women (WMW) is another organization for which Doriana was a founding WMWmember. Created to inspire women to achieve greater success at all levels of the mobility industry, WMW’s aim is to inspire and help create new leaders through mentorship, networking, and professional development.

MSFFor over 12 years, Doriana has helped raise OVER $250,000 for the humanitarian work of Doctors Without Borders, MSF, the charity of choice for the Canadian Employee Relocation Council (CERC).
