After driving through a snow storm to arrive in Toronto 5 hours later and exhausted, I was meet late at night by a MAC staff member who took me directly to my underground parking space and helped bring my luggage to the suite. The condo was beautifully appointed, had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. The complementary grocery package was very appreciated so I didn't have to venture back into the cold in search of the local grocery store. You even placed a couple of cans of dog food in the suite for my golden retriever. Well done MAC Suites! It is a pleasure to be staying with you. You have exceeded my expectations."

I have stayed with a few furnished suppliers before on my trips to Toronto and have never had this type of service.
